Paste Release Agent
The Release Agent is free from silicone !
Best for priming of new or cleaned moulds
Advantages:
Excellent removal of foam spew
Minimal cleaning stops
Economic in use
Processing:
The Release Agent should be at room temperature before processing.
For best results apply by paintb or cloth.
Before polishing the solvents have to be flashed off.
Before first coating is applied the mould should be cleaned with an ACMOSOL Mould Cleaner.
Storage:
Do not store outdoors. Protect from heat and cold. Allow products to reach room temperature before use.
Storage temperature: between 10° C and 30° C
Maximum storage: approx. 12 months (originally sealed container)
